In preparation for upcoming Marathon in December, i need to get in loads and loads of aerobic exercise. Ran 58:02 today. Huge improvement on tuesday's timing (same route). Need to get in at least 3 runs a week. Two short runs during the workweek, and one long one on sunday. Really need to get that bike trainer. Have not been biking for months!!
I think its ironic that i have high blood pressure and that the popular remedies for it is to exercise more and to reduce sodium intake. I'm already exercising a lot! And everytime i go on long races, i take sports drinks which contains ridiculously amounts of sodium! Something to do with electrolytes and all that. Dont take can die in the sun kind. So...how?
